Did Rich Sommer answer at least one of our pressing questions about this season’s Mad Men?
This morning, while waiting for the train, I saw Rich Sommer (aka Harry Crane, Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce’s Head of Television Production) Tweeting so I decided to pose a question about Harry’s increasingly “Hollywood-esque” behavior this season. Sommer is actually very active on Twitter and is very attentive to his followers, so I figured hey, why the hell not?
(Side note—I would have loved to have seen a bit more of Harry this season.)
Last night’s episode had me wondering if Harry wasn’t secretly casting talent for adult films, then again, perhaps I was just looking for secret subplots. I also considered with all of the time Harry spends “on the coast,” had it not truly gotten to him. Harry’s gone Hollywood.
Rich Sommer seems to think so, too!
Rich Sommer has also joined the small yet amazing, esteemed group of famous-y people who have responded to me via Twitter: The Situation, Snooki, Mary Carey, Jane Espenson, Lou Diamond Phillips, and Peter Gallagher. Congratulations, Rich! You’re in fabulous company.
