Holy hell! It’s our beloved Holly Sockpuppets / Maryann as a young woman…and a brunette! And no, silly! This photo wasn’t taken last week. I said when she was a young woman, back during the first big gas crisis and when Halston was slammed for sticking his name on a line at J.C. Penney’s.

Sadly, Holly Socks hasn’t visited us this evening, although she showed up several times last night posting as her sockpuppets after I called her out for using the same IP.

She then proceeded to tell me my “IP detector was wrong”. HA HA HA HA. Here are some of her gems:

Being a DCU member. Elizabeth is actually liked by that website and no one has talked in detail about her divorce. The mods over there have been scarce this week so maybe they didn’t catch the discussion.

Called a furniture store? hmmmm, let’s see what I read over there was that the girl in the store twittered that David was in a furniture store with lots of detail. She made it public. Holly didn’t do that, the girl in the furniture store did. Maybe Holly was joking, they do that often over there. And why are you people stalking this maryann person? Do you think what you guys are doing here is right? All fans do stupid and funny things, who cares.

Why don’t you get back to discussing the tards who follow David to 20 shows. Now that is stalking.

And no Maryann or Holly have twitter accounts or other websites. Again, their personal information is no where public. Elizabeth did have a public twitter and myspace. Her photos came from a public site. Her personal information was never posted there, not even her last name. Big difference. Again, you are looking at defamation of character of a private person. It’s funny because Holly is not Maryann, so she won’t be bringing a lawsuit, it will come from the other girl because she is the one you are defaming for no good reason.

You are crossing a line and taking things out of context from what I have been reading here. Why so much anger? Don’t get it?

Even if I were holly, Adex, bernyj, a DCU member, a friend, sister, it doesn’t matter. What matters is you are harassing someone you don’t know who is a private person and calling them crazy when they are not. Let me give you another hint. Holly Socks keeps referencing “Angie” because she is still clearly obsessed with bashing women from her days as a Confrau. She also has no idea about the law. It’s only libel if I’m publishing things with a disregard for the truth. If I had any doubt as to the veracity of this woman’s true identity, I wouldn’t be publishing this. Period.

And why the hell does she keep bringing up someone named Elizabeth? I have no idea who this girl is, or why she keeps bringing her up.

One last thing.

No one is interested in Andrew so no he is not be attacked he is being discussed and David’s brother wants to be famous.

2. David’s parents divorce is a public report but Holly has asked for members not to discuss it anymore. Someone found it on a website, not Holly. Holly never participated in any discussion nor did she allow it.

The only thing talked about was that David’s mother cheated. That is the only thing that came out of it.

Holly doesn’t allow talk of personal info on her board. There is a difference. She can’t read every single post. Maybe she missed it. And the entire board has tons of good threads. There is only a small section on the board that talks about his choice of girls. What is wrong with that?

What you are doing here is way different and it is slander.

No, stupid. Slander only applies to the spoken word…and it typically has to be untrue. Sigh. People always confuse slander and libel. Because Holly Sockpuppets/Maryann claims to have neither a MySpace or Twitter, and only a private board, she is a private figure. All girls who hang out with David Cook are PUBLIC figures in her mind.

Stalking is exactly what this board is doing to a private person and none of these post were made by Holly or Maryann. These are from other posters. Searching through the internet is not stalking. Posting personal information about someone and accusing them of stalking and then publishing a photo and a resume is libel along with their last name and hometown. These are not published post by these women. You have no proof of that.

David is a PUBLIC FIGURE. So are the girls he hangs with. They have pics all over model mayhem. Holly and Maryann and bernyj do not. They have private accounts and never promoted themselves anywhere which is why you are leading yourself into a courtroom.

Again, these two women never harassed anyone. They are flat out lies.

I can not wait until a lawsuit comes your way because you do not know the law well at all. And smartie, you are not smart at all. You are so jealous of these women it is killing you. She is not interested in any artist. She never stalked or harassed anyone and from what I read this maryann person or whoever it was, asked your employer to have you stop harassing her. You are guessing at that. Holly never claimed to be a lawyer and neither did this maryann. From what I read on DCU, Holly said she studied law but doesn’t have a degree. What because both worked as executives for Ad agencies you think they are same person? You don’t know that she didn’t go to law school or lives in New York or PA? You know how many people go from one profession to another? Just because both women have marketing degrees doesnt mean they are the same person. You know nothing Angie. And from what I have found out about both women is neither are crazy or have stalked anyone. Neither of them are that interested in these artists. She could care less what time David was in some store, they were just playing around and the girl on twitter made that public information about david being in the store.

You are making up a lot of things here. And I am not Holly or maryann just like you are accusing the other poster here of being her. Holly looks like the type that she would come on here and say who she was.

Holly is rarely on the board. Most of the information is given to her. And she does know the music business, never claimed to have dated anyone, clearly tells people she has a boyfriend and is not interested in David nor was she ever interested in Constantine.

The Heathers which includes Angie have stalked more women than ever and they continue to do it.

I think someone is going to contact this maryann person to tell her her private photos are on this board and to let her know what is going on. They are not the same people. You are also taking things out of context. I read about that phone call and she doesn’t call employers. This maryann person who is not holly, called Angies’ friends a few years back because they wouldn’t stop harassing her. That is what I read from several reports. If you don’t know this Maryann person, who you claim is not a Cook fan, how do you seem to KNOW SO MUCH ABOUT HER? Especially when you claim neither Maryann or Holly have any sort of social networking account, including Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, et al?

And by the way, Holly Sockpuppets/Maryann, you looked better as a brunette. Of course, that photo must be 30-35 years old, as old as Holly Sockpuppets, ironically. By looking at your old time photo, it almost seems as if you had aspirations of being a model. Maybe you even got into Studio 54 once.

Tell me, Maryann/Holly, what did they call scene queens in the 1970s?
