His brother posted this back in January 2008. So you know, if you think you have a future with Lambert and your chromosomal makeup is XX, it ain’t happening. (And don’t give me hell because I could give a rat’s ass about anyone’s sexuality, but there are still women who think they have a shot with Clay Aiken, so…)

    I know Adam’s gay and I don’t care. I still think he’s one of the hottest men on the planet. He sends me in an obsessive frenzy that I can’t help. He has charisma and he’s an incredible singer. So gay or not, he’s untouchable really, but we all know that and fall head over heals anyway. Even woman do this with other woman stars. It’s just the star factor. It can’t be helped.

    I agree that Adam does not need to make any kind of formal announcement. He is just living his life openly, and that should be the way it is. By re-opening his old my space comments, that is kind of his way of letting people know without having to do anything contrived. He’s just being himself, and I think that’s great.

    I don’t care that he’s gay, I’ll drool over him all I want LMAO

    Just letting you know, I don’t think his sexuality is going to make a difference in whether these females still want to marry him or not. I mean, gay guys sometimes lust over the likes of Zac Efron and Joe Jonas (even though the former does in fact have questionable sexuality)…

      And I don’t see why Lambert has to make a “formal announcement”. Why should anyone issue a statement about that sort of thing? It shouldn’t matter.

      I posted this because I thought it was cute and funny, oh, and because there really still are people who cling to the hope of Clay Aiken and Lambert, but mainly because it was just uh, funny.

      Lesson learned: you are not cool. If complete strangers on the internet assume that your life is radically changing but you aren’t seeing the effects, that’s because your life is not radically changing. It’s not because you somehow managed to be unobservant over the course of the last few months, it’s because you are still lame. It’s a tough pill to swallow, but I’m glad it happened sooner rather than later.
